Simone is founder and managing director of NUTRITION HUB. Since over 15 years she has been working with corporates such as BASF, DSM, ADM, Pfizer and Danone. Before, she had built the lab tech startup BioAnalyt from pilot phase to profitable business and has worked for investors. Simone holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition from University of Potsdam and Columbia University and a General Management degree from ESMT business school.

Marie has been supporting early-stage startups in the foodtech and healthcare sectors for over six years. She developed product innovation strategies and built business intelligence units for tech enabled start-ups. As a medical doctor she has many years of experience in clinical nutrition in Germany, England and India. Marie studied medicine and received her doctorate from Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.

Tim is concepter and creative editor. He led the Editorial Department at Axel Springer Corporate Solutions and has 10+ years experience in inte-grated content strategies, employer branding, executive communications, and cross-media format development with a focus in corporate publishing. He has worked as a journalist for almost 20 years. He holds a doctorate in media history from TU Dortmund University.

Meike is specialised in the application of food law in Germany and the EU including product innovation, product labelling, regulatory com-pliance, (health) claims, and specifications. She was head of Food Law & Specifications at the Bahlsen Group. Meike studied Nutritional Sciences at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and General Management (EMBA) at the Nordakademie Graduate School in Hamburg.
Bastienne Neumann is a speaker in corporate health management and podcast host in the field of nutritional psychology. Both on stage and on her own channels, she is passionate about educating people about nutrition topics. Bastienne is an expert voice in the media. She published the books "First think, then eat", as well as "Eating with gut feeling". Bastienne studied nutrition management and dietetics at the University of Hohenheim.
